Gaston Productions Event Staff
STATEMENT OF WORK
This Statement of Work is entered into by and between Staff and Gaston Productions. The following services are to be provided by Staff for Gaston Productions:
1. Event Name: Super Bowl LV 2021
2. Event Location: Raymond James Stadium. Lot 14. Tampa, Florida
3. Name of Client: National Football League
4. Assigned Shift *Shifts are subject to change.
Your current assigned shift is:
Shift F - SUNDAY FEB. 7th 6PM - 2AM (8 hours) MOBILITY ASSISTANCE - GOLF CART
4. Scope of Services:
Staff will have to complete virtual training(s) prior to arriving on site for operations.
Take direction from Managers & Coordinators to assist all guests with mobility needs around the
stadium campus.
Local staff will be assigned a specific job - to push a wheelchair or drive a golf cart. These
assignments are pre-arranged based on experience & qualifications. Golf carts drivers are
limited.
This role requires local staff to:
Stand on their feet for the majority of their shift
Physical endurance to push guests in wheelchairs on multiple runs
Stamina to complete the entire shift
During shifts 8 hours or longer 2 meals and water will be provided onsite
Staff ID Card
Driver’s license is preferred
Staff are responsible for equipment (includes chargers, radios, wheelchairs, golf carts, etc) during their shift
If the equipment is not returned / damaged, you could be liable for the costs incurred
Upon shift completion, staff will hand in all assigned equipment
Perform other tasks and projects requested that are reasonably related to the foregoing scope of services. (i.e. cleaning high touch services on buses and golf carts, daily health screenings, etc.,)
Golf Cart Drivers will have to successfully pass an MVR, drug screening and pass a hands on Golf Cart training
Staff is responsible to bring on site the necessary technology (for example, a smartphone) required to complete the requirements of this Statement of Work
Staff is required to sign in and out to account for all hours worked
Uniform:
SBLV hat and jacket - to keep
High visibility vest - must return
Black or Khaki pants, white, gray or black layers on top (polo shirt preferred) and comfortable shoes ( black/white, no labels) - staff responsibility
5. Period of Performance: 31 Jan 2021 to 9 Feb 2021, on an as needed basis as requested by Gaston Productions.
6. Compensation for Services:
In consideration of the services provided by Staff under this Statement of Work in accordance with the Agreement, Gaston Productions shall pay Staff a fee equal to $13.00 per hour worked and accounted for on timesheet. Staff will not be reimbursed or paid for mileage, fuel or other costs or expenses related to Staff’s travel to and from their home or other final destination.
